Using Insurance

If you plan to use insurance for your visit, please submit your complete insurance information at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us time to verify your benefits and provide you with the best available information about your coverage before your visit.

Insurance information can be submitted securely through our online patient portal, or you may complete a paper insurance form in person at the office. If you prefer to complete the form in person, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for benefit verification.

Please have available:

Insurance card (front and back)
Member/subscriber information
Date of birth
Referral or authorization information, if required by your plan

Insurance information received on the day of a scheduled appointment will not be able to be verified before treatment. If benefits have not been verified prior to your visit, the appointment will be treated as a self-pay visit and the regular cash rate will apply.

Please keep in mind that verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Coverage, deductibles, copays, visit limits, and other requirements vary by individual plan.

Pricing & Care Options

Care at NeuroBalance is designed to be simple, flexible, and based on what your body actually needs. Some patients come in occasionally as needed. Others benefit from a more consistent phase of care, especially when symptoms are more persistent or complex.

Start Simple

Some patients prefer to begin with a single visit and see how they respond before deciding on a more structured approach.

New Patient Exam + First Treatment: $100
Established Visit: $60

This is a great option if you’re just getting started or prefer to take things one step at a time.

Care Options for Consistency

For patients who need more consistent care, flexible visit options are available to make things easier and more predictable.

4 visits: $230 ($57.50 per visit)
6 visits: $330 ($55 per visit)
8 visits: $400 ($50 per visit)

These options are commonly used during the initial phase of care when more regular visits can help the body start to change and improve more efficiently.
