I’m an Olympia, Washington–based chiropractor specializing in the connection between the brain and body.
Before becoming a chiropractor, I spent nearly a decade working in education and behavioral healthcare, supporting children, teens, and adults navigating social, emotional, and learning challenges. That experience shaped my core philosophy: regulation is the foundation for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
I completed my B.S. at Drexel University, post-baccalaureate studies in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology at Bastyr University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West. During my preceptor training in a functional neurology clinic, I saw firsthand how chiropractic care can support adaptability, sensory processing, and clearer brain–body communication.
My care blends full-spine and tonal chiropractic with movement, vestibular rehabilitation strategies, and sensory-motor integration to support nervous system regulation, focus, emotional stability, and confidence in motion
My mission is simple: to help people regulate, focus, and thrive by restoring healthy communication between the brain and body.
If you’re looking for a warm, thoughtful, brain-based approach to care, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, adaptable, and connected in everyday life.
